Restaurant Wernigerode

Wernigerode restaurant: enjoy a delicious meal in the Altwernigeröder Kartoffelhaus (Old Wernigerode Potato House)

Enjoy special culinary delights that are not only based on potatoes. We offer everything from national dishes from the Harz region, hearty or mildly spicy full menus or single dishes, to event gastronomy in the rustic, country atmosphere of the early 19th Century.

The Kartoffelhaus is attached to the hotel and open every day. The much-loved “potato feast” evenings take place regularly – here you can take a look at the film

For your festivity we can offer you a very wide range of regional and international buffets and full menus. Give us a call; we would be delighted to send you an offer. The telephone number of the Kartoffelhaus is +49 (0) 39 43 / 94 92 90.

Of course, it is no problem for us to prepare individual full menus or other dishes for you. Get in touch with us; we would be delighted to advise you or plan your festivity, whether you are holding a family, company or Christmas party, or any other kind of celebration. Our premises can easily accommodate up to 160 people. Your wish is our command.
